OpenArray combines the superior accuracy, precision and dynamic range of RT-PCR with the parallelism of a microarray. Each OpenArray Plate contains 3,072 through-holes arranged in 48 subarrays of 64 through-holes each. The reaction volume in each through-hole is precisely 33nL
