Product Range
Depending on the particular needs, we offer different techniques for mRNA enrichment and cDNA synthesis. By default, our cDNAs are primed with oligo(dT) and are synthesized using a full-length enriched technology.
Standard cloning system is either plasmid vector pBS II sk+ or phage vector Lambda ExCell. If a different vector system is required, we will adapt our cDNA cloning strategy to any cloning vector preferred by our clients.
With our standard vectors, we guarantee a rate of recombinant clones greater than 95%. The number of primary cDNA clones in our libraries is greater one million. A documentation of our quality control is provided.
